Poem #1
Untitled
On a drying rack
in the spare bed-room
he finds her laundry
What can he do
with that pink nightdress
or her tank-top
with a faded Tammy
over Stand By Your Man
in broken gold lettering

My very first comment while wandering in the wilderness or rather, thrown out on
the pavement... Occupy NaPo!

ReplyDeletethank you, senia and ... BugsBunny :-)
ReplyDeleteSorella (as BugsBunny too)

ReplyDeleteAwesome! Happy! Holy shit - here we go!

And come to think of it, that means till the end of NaPo 2012 :-)

Man, exes ought to dress better so you can at least steal their clothes when they leave you. Love the ironic, broken gold letters of "Stand By Your Man".
